About

Mathassess educational services is a newly registered organization conducting a Mathematics competition named 'Indian math league' with a theme of introducing a new standard in the assessment of mathematics among school children across India. The test will be conducted in 9 regional languages: English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Urdu, Kannada, Gujarati and Marathi, It will be the first of its kind.

The test pattern has been designed after doing a lot of research and development work. This examination is a means to identify and encourage the mathematical thinking and technical ability in solving mathematical problems. we strongly believe that this competition, apart from bringing out the best in the students, will also help them gain confidence by competing with the best of their peer group in the country. Also, recognition of merit at an early age is bound to infuse a certain sense of achievement that encourages them to do even better in school, and as they enter higher levels of education. This test provides a platform for research. It is our hope that getting research published in a journal at the school level would boost confidence.

The test will be conducted in three levels. Students of classes 6 to 10 would be eligible for the test. Every student who has taken the first level will be qualified for the second level test. Students will be qualified for third level, based on the performance in both first and second level.

The test is designed so that an information booklet is provided, containing all the formulae and theory-related content. This pattern is useful in testing the Mathematical thinking which includes main key aspects, like starting from intuition and entering the essence of the subject, through prediction, Induction, imagination, construction, design and their creative abilities.
